What is my role in Event Management?: Over 600 shows. Over 30 cities and towns. KARMA has arrived! With a new sound - for a great time!

The Band KARMA is known for it’s high-energy music, scintillating performance, rocking crowds and TOTAL entertainment. KARMA with its unique electronic sound, is perhaps the only band that plays Hindi, English and Punjabi, across most genres with equal finesse.

THE IDEA

Music is perhaps one of those rare art forms that affects each of us so profoundly. With the entertainment scene in the country bursting at its seams, there is a definite need for good wholesome music. That’s where Karma fits in. With a wide range of music to offer- be it pop, rock, blues, jazz, indipop, Hindi or any other form of music, Karma delivers it all with equal finesse and perfection.

WHO ARE KARMA?

PRATEEK: VOCALS, GUITAR
Bright, young, oozing talent from every pore of his being, and singer par excellence are just a few words to describe Prateek. Being a versatile singer, Prateek has vast experience on his side. Not only has he performed at almost every 5-star in and around Delhi, and pubs (including Razzberry Rhinoceros, Mumbai and No Escape, Delhi), he has sung for many commercial spots (Pepsi, Whirlpool, Coke, Yamaha and ITC to name a few) besides having performed with the noted composer and director A R Rehman.
As Prateek strums the guitar and sets the stage ablaze, his awesome voice is sure to spin its magic at even the dullest of dos!

NIKHIL: KEYBOARD, SOUND DESIGN AND MUSIC
What do you call a powerhouse of musical talent, with able showmanship to match? Nikhil might be an apt term! Nikhil is our guitarist, drummer, keyboardist… all rolled into one. A trailblazer in his field, he has trained under the able tutelage of DJ Sunny Sarid. He processes the sounds of all the different instruments with his synthesizer and melds it harmoniously into music. Having performed at innumerable MNC and private shows, and composed for ad jingles, albums and school ballets, Karma is all the richer thanks to him.

SAMEER: LEAD GUITAR
When you have the music consultant of ‘Aaj Tak’ as your lead guitarist, you can be sure your choice can’t possibly be amiss. Sameer’s soft-spoken demeanor and charming personality pack in a musician whose understanding of music and sound is flawless. Besides having toured the country with bands like Krossbreeedz and Arth, Sameer has also arranged the music for several well-known commercial products.
So what kind of music rocks the world of Karma’s axe-man? “I started off with rock—but now I enjoy everything, from hip-hop, trance, blues to Mozart and Bach. Music, after all, knows no barriers, right?”

There’s something for everyone in Karma’s kitty of music. Equally comfortable with Rock, Pop, Hip-hop, Sufi and popular Bollywood music and Punjabi pop… Karma caters to a wide variety of musical tastes with a wide range in song selection. No wonder that they have wowed crowds across the country- having performed at the following venues. A few feathers in the cap!
