Yes I did get your message; it had many topics including the certification, Angel Investors ISES and more. If you contact IDES International, they will hook you up with the closest chapter and also assist you in beginning an ISES chapter in India.
If you write to them and ask about the certification process that will share all that is needed. In my opinion, the international CSEP designation will hold more value than a local one that is just beginning.
As to Angel Investors I have no doubt that there are many to be found among your countrymen who would be delighted to help this great idea grow and prosper. I believe that if you have a business plan to demonstrate how you plan to make money to add to the education offered that should be a good beginning.
