Need some help writing some ltrs to various vendors/suppliers

Hi, I'm trying to increase my event planning business and need some help writing some ltrs to various vendors/suppliers of services that I can attach myself to requesting partnering with them to provide their clients with my services. Any ideas what I shd put in these ltrs?

First of all, you have to be selective in terms of which vendors you want to use. You really have to check them out before recommending them. You only want to work with the best and by that I mean reliable, and honest.

I offer wedding planning services, corporate functions including seminars and meetings, baby & bridal showers, concerts, dinners and other similar events
