Most important points to cover are what the clients needs are and what they want to achive. Make sure you put that in the proposal and list how you will meet/exceed these. Then add in any other "bonus" benefits of what they will get out of using your compnay.
List costings and any savings you will make them by using you.
Include a bit about your company history/experience, CSR and any relevent case study and that should do it.
